1 Definition of Terms
1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. “Site Administration” (hereinafter – Administration) – authorized employees to manage the PsyLess website, which organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.1.2 “Personal Data” – any information relating to a directly or indirectly defined or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).

1.1.3 “Processing of Personal Data” – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of means of automation with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4 “Confidentiality of personal data” means a requirement mandatory for the Operator or any other person who has access to personal data not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal basis.

1.1.5. “PsyLess Website” means a set of interconnected web pages located in the Internet at the unique address (URL): PsyLess.com, as well as its sub-domains.

1.1.6. “Subdomains” are pages or a set of pages located on third-level domains belonging to the PsyLess website, as well as other temporary pages, at the bottom of which contact information of the Administration is indicated

1.1.5. “User of the site PsyLess ” (hereinafter referred to as the User) – a person who has access to the site PsyLess, through the Internet and uses information, materials and products of the site PsyLess.

1.1.7. “Cookies” – a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the user’s computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when trying to open a page of the corresponding website.

1.1.8. “IP address” – a unique network address of a node in a computer network through which the User accesses the Site.

  1. General Provisions
    2.1 The use of the PsyLess website by the User means that the User agrees with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User’s personal data.

2.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the site PsyLess .

2.3 This Privacy Policy applies to the site PsyLess. The site does not control and is not responsible for the sites of third parties to which the User can go through the links available on the site PsyLess.

2.4 Administration does not check the accuracy of personal data provided by the User.

  1. Subject of Privacy Policy
    3.1 This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration on non-disclosure and ensuring the protection of confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Administration when registering on the site PsyLess or subscribing to e-mail newsletters.

3.2 Personal data, authorized for processing within the framework of this Privacy Policy, is provided by the User by filling out forms on the site PsyLess and includes the following information:

3.2.1. surname, first name, patronymic of the User;
3.2.2. contact phone number of the User;
3.2.3. electronic mail (e-mail) address
3.2.4. User’s place of residence (if necessary)
3.2.5. photo (if necessary).
3.3. The Site protects the Data, which is automatically transferred when visiting the pages:

  • IP address;
  • cookie information
  • browser information
  • access time;
  • referrer (address of the previous page).
    3.3.1 Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the site that require authorization.

3.3.2 The site collects statistics on the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to prevent, detect and solve technical problems.

3.4 Any other personal information not specified above (history of visits, used browsers, operating systems, etc.) is subject to secure storage and non-proliferation, except as provided in paragraphs. 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.
